“I was traveling between Battenbang and Kampong Chhnang by bus. We had stopped at a very dirty bus station food stop for a break when I spotted this man who was on our bus. 

We were the only westerners in the area and I was very amused to see the hat this man was wearing. I am not sure if he knew the meaning of this hat but was happy to oblige when I asked to take his photo.” – David Collier
