Blek Le Rat was born in Paris, France in 1951. 10 years after spray paint was starting out as a tool for vandalism he created a silhouette of a rat running along the streets, which quickly became recognized around Paris and is now noticeable around the world along with other great works of art by Blek Le Rat.
